Project-Based Engagement
Structure: Defined scope, timeline (typically 4-16 weeks), and deliverables. Fixed fee or time-and-materials pricing.

Investment Range: $50K-$150K per project
Retainer Services
Structure: Ongoing monthly relationship with defined hours/scope. Regular office hours or advisory sessions. Typically 3-12 month commitment.

- Organizations requiring regular access to expertise
Investment Range: $5K-$20K/month
Structured Advisory Program

Revenue-Share Model

- Post-PMF startups scaling revenue
Investment Range: Variable (2-5% of ARR generated)
Equity Participation
Structure: PGA takes minority equity stake (0.25-1%) in select high-potential startups. Board participation typically included.
